The Data Loader has to go slower, How can I do?

I have to make to go my data loader slower, how can I do?

I tried to change all the possible options (speed control and error control) but is not enough. The “error control” is not useful for my intent to go slower and the “speed control” doesn’t give me the time that I want. If I can’t go slower between two or more steps it will be impossible for me to work!

Please give me an answer as soon as possible.

 You can insert Time Delay columns in between cells to slow down speed. To insert time delays please right click on the cell and choose Insert Time Delay option. You can specify a value in milliseconds and Data Loader will wait for that much time before processing next cell.
